Grace Griffiths is an occupational therapist / hand therapist and PhD candidate based in Wellington. Her PhD explores lived experiences of diagnosis and treatment for upper limb Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS). She is supervised by Dr Jennifer Dunn, Dr Bronwyn Lennox Thompson, and Associate Professor Deborah Snell.
Her presentation will describe the purpose, methods, and findings of the two research studies completed to date: an integrative review of non-pharmacological treatments for upper limb CRPS, and a qualitative analysis of lived experiences of healthcare for upper limb CRPS.
We welcome clinicians, researchers, disability service providers, students, other interested parties and people with the lived experience of disability (PLEx) to join us in discussion.
For those who can’t make it, a video recording will be posted here after the event.
